How it all began.
In November of 2015, the Astor Group partners, Seth Zalkin and Mickey Klein, acquired bakeries and founded Brooklyn Brands. Their goal was to make significant investments to support the brands and help bring delicious artisanal Brooklyn baked goods around the country.
